Orders and Shipping

Once you have selected your favourite product(s), add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete the payment to place the order. If you face any issues in placing the order, don't hesitate to drop us a line via email at hello@400-things.com.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification via email along with a tracking number. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, drop us a line at hello@400-things.com. We only ship on business days, so orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.

Once the order is placed, based the product we take 3 - 5 business working days to deliver to your address. For furniture and other made to order products, the delivery timeline is longer and varies from maker to maker. We only ship on business days, so orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.

We don't offer cancellations on the online shop, since orders are processed immediately. If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to hello@400-things.com. If you’re getting cold feet, hang on until you can give our products a try - we think you’ll love them, but if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 28 days of purchase.

All our UK store orders are fulfilled by DHL or UPS.

We provide free shipping for all orders above £100. Except when the order contains furniture.

We support Credit card and Debit cards at the moment. Incase your preferred payment mode is not available, drop us a line at hello@400-things.com.

There are no hidden costs. We deliver duties and all taxes paid.

Returns

From the time the order is delivered, we offer a 7-day window to initiate the return with no questions asked, except for furniture. The product will need to reach us within 28 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In case of furniture, we do not offer returns. If you are unsure about making a furniture purchase due the the return policy, get in touch with us at hello@400-things.com to request more information and talk to our furniture brands.

To return the purchased product, you could drop us an email at hello@400-things.com with the order details. We will initiate the return process.

Hang in there, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.

Products

All our brands provide high quality, design-first products. They are handcrafted with natural materials in most cases and have the required certifications.

If there is an item you like and it is out of stock, drop us a mail at hello@400-things.com. We will try to bring it back as soon as possible and you would be the first one to know.

We curate 100 things every month. These are available for to shop for 45 days.
